Feature requests

Built with our halls

No two billiard halls run the same way. When an owner tells us their floor works differently, we build for it. Every feature on this page started as a request from a hall using CuePoint and is now part of the product.

7 features from 3 halls in the Philippines and Greece, since April 2026.

Halls are listed by size and country. We name a hall only when they ask us to. Last updated .

  1. Requested byA 6-table hall in the Philippines

    Promo rates on half-hour pricing

    What they needed
Their happy hour promo needed to work on tables that bill in 30-minute blocks, not only on tables billed by the hour.
    What we built
Promo rates now carry their own price for 30 minutes, so a scheduled promo applies to half-hour tables too.

  2. Requested byA 6-table hall in the Philippines

    Assembly items

    What they needed
They sell items made from other items and wanted stock to come off the parts automatically, without counting the same bottle twice.
    What we built
An assembly item is built from parts. Selling one takes stock from each part, and you can keep your own count of ready-made units when you prepare them ahead.

  3. Requested byA 6-table hall in the Philippines

    Half-hour pricing

    What they needed
Their tables are priced per 30 minutes, and an hourly rate split in half did not match their price list.
    What we built
A Table Rate Type can now carry a half-hour price. Sessions on those tables bill in 30-minute blocks at that price.

  4. Requested byA 2-table sports bar in the Philippines

    Auto-stop at the time limit

    What they needed
When a fixed-time session ran past its limit, they wanted the timer and the bill to stop instead of running into overtime.
    What we built
A Pricing setting freezes a fixed-time session at its limit. The table shows Time Expired, the bill is capped, and staff extend the session or check out from there.

  5. Requested byA 9-table hall in Greece

    Player-count pricing

    What they needed
Their price depends on how many people are playing, so one hourly rate per table did not fit.
    What we built
A Table Rate Type can carry a different rate for each number of players, and a table can override those rates on its own.

  6. Requested byA 9-table hall in Greece

    Open tabs

    What they needed
Customers who order through the evening needed one running bill they settle when they leave, with or without a table session.
    What we built
An open tab parks a customer's orders until they are ready to pay. Staff settle it on its own or together with the customer's table at checkout.

  7. Requested byA 6-table hall in the Philippines

    Fixed-time sessions

    What they needed
They sell table time in set blocks paid up front and wanted the session to know its limit from the start.
    What we built
Start a session with a time limit, and the floor shows how much time is left. Pair it with auto-stop to freeze the session when the limit is reached.

How it works

How feature requests work at CuePoint

  1. Tell us how your hall works

Open Support Center in CuePoint, choose Idea, and describe what your floor does today and what you want CuePoint to do. Not on CuePoint yet? Use the contact page.

  2. We build it into the product

If the request fits how billiard halls run, we design it with you and build it. You hear back from the person who builds it, not a ticket queue.

  3. It ships, and you get the credit

The feature becomes a normal part of CuePoint, announced in the app, and listed on this page with your hall shown the way you want.

Questions

Questions halls ask about requests

How do I request a feature for my hall?
Open Support Center inside CuePoint, choose Idea, and describe how your hall works today and what you would like CuePoint to do. If you are not on CuePoint yet, use the contact page and tell us how your hall runs.
Do requested features cost extra?
No. There is no charge for asking and no charge for the work. A shipped feature becomes part of CuePoint like any other. If a feature belongs to a paid plan, the pricing page says which.
Will my hall be named on this page?
Only if you ask us to. By default a hall appears by its size and country, and we never name a person.
Do you build every request?
No. We build what fits how billiard halls run and what we can support well for every hall on CuePoint. When a request does not fit, we say so and suggest what CuePoint can do instead.

Have an idea for your hall?

Already on CuePoint? Open Support Center in the app, choose Idea, and tell us how your hall works today and what you would like CuePoint to do.

Not on CuePoint yet? Tell us how your hall runs before you sign up. If something in your process does not fit, we would rather know now.
