No. There is no charge for asking and no charge for the work. A shipped feature becomes part of CuePoint like any other. If a feature belongs to a paid plan, the pricing page says which.

Will my hall be named on this page?

Only if you ask us to. By default a hall appears by its size and country, and we never name a person.

Do you build every request?

No. We build what fits how billiard halls run and what we can support well for every hall on CuePoint. When a request does not fit, we say so and suggest what CuePoint can do instead.

No two billiard halls run the same way. When an owner tells us their floor works differently, we build for it. Every feature on this page started as a request from a hall using CuePoint and is now part of the product.

What they needed
They wanted to run their pool tournaments in CuePoint: the bracket, the entry fees, and a page players could follow.
What we built
Single and double elimination brackets with scores that move players on, entry fees with receipts, matches on the hall's tables, and a live bracket for phones and a TV.

Waitlist orders
What they needed
They wanted to sell drinks to parties still waiting for a table, and let some of them wait at the bar without losing their place.
What we built
Staff add items to a waiting party from the waitlist, sit them at a bar table while they keep their place in line, and seating them moves their tab or bar bill onto the game in one step.

Color tags
What they needed
They wanted a quick way to spot particular tables on a busy floor.
What we built
Each table can carry one of eight color tags, drawn as an edge stripe, a dot by the name, or a top band on every floor card and in List View.

What they needed
They stay open past midnight and wanted sales made after 12 AM to count toward the night they belong to, not the next day.
What we built
Owners choose when their business day ends, any hour from midnight to 6 AM. Day Close, reports and receipt numbers follow it, and past days keep their dates.

Table themes
What they needed
They wanted to change the colors of their table cards, with a different look for each status such as available, in use, reserved and overdue.
What we built
Owners pick a ready-made table theme in Settings. Each theme has its own colors for every table status, is checked so text stays easy to read, and can apply to all tables or just a few.

Summary report and more report detail
What they needed
They wanted their whole day or month on one report, and more detail behind their profit and table numbers.
What we built
Reports open on a new Summary tab with revenue, expenses, net and transactions for any period. Profit & Loss lists every expense in each category, and Table Utilization can chart hours used or revenue.

Bar tables
What they needed
They run dining and bar tables alongside the pool tables and wanted those bills tracked without a timer, in the same checkout.
What we built
Bar tables carry a bill with no timer, and a finished game can be transferred to one so its time stays on the bill.

What they needed
They sell items made from other items and wanted stock to come off the parts automatically, without counting the same bottle twice.
What we built
An assembly item is built from parts. Selling one takes stock from each part, and you can keep your own count of ready-made units when you prepare them ahead.

Half-hour pricing
What they needed
Their tables are priced per 30 minutes, and an hourly rate split in half did not match their price list.
What we built
A Table Rate Type can now carry a half-hour price. Sessions on those tables bill in 30-minute blocks at that price.

What they needed
When a fixed-time session ran past its limit, they wanted the timer and the bill to stop instead of running into overtime.
What we built
A Pricing setting freezes a fixed-time session at its limit. The table shows Time Expired, the bill is capped, and staff extend the session or check out from there.

What they needed
Their price depends on how many people are playing, so one hourly rate per table did not fit.
What we built
A Table Rate Type can carry a different rate for each number of players, and a table can override those rates on its own.

Customers who order through the evening needed one running bill they settle when they leave, with or without a table session.
What we built
An open tab parks a customer's orders until they are ready to pay. Staff settle it on its own or together with the customer's table at checkout.

Fixed-time sessions
What they needed
They sell table time in set blocks paid up front and wanted the session to know its limit from the start.
What we built
Start a session with a time limit, and the floor shows how much time is left. Pair it with auto-stop to freeze the session when the limit is reached.
