FAQ

What's included in every plan?

All plans — including Free — include table sessions with timing, POS and checkout, reservations, and basic reporting. Paid plans add higher limits, CSV export, memberships, loyalty, and audit history.

Do I get a free trial on any paid plan?

Yes. Every new account can start a 14-day Pro trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. When the trial ends, choose a plan or move to Free.

What happens if I hit my table or session limit?

You won't lose any data. You'll be prompted to upgrade when you try to exceed your plan's limits. Active sessions are never interrupted.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately — no waiting for the next billing cycle.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime and your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays accessible.

Subscription prices may be localized and include applicable taxes when available. New accounts are approved automatically. After account creation, you can choose Free, start a Pro trial, or continue to paid checkout. Your hall can still set its own operating currency for customer receipts, checkout, and reports.
