No. You can create an account and stay on Free for as long as you like, or start a 14-day Pro trial. Neither needs a card. You only enter payment details when you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Yes. Every new account can start a 14-day Pro trial with full access to every feature, no credit card required. When the trial ends you simply pick a plan. Do nothing and your hall keeps running on Free.
Subscription billing is always in USD, processed by our payment provider, Paddle. The checkout page shows the exact amount charged. We may show an approximate local figure so you know what to expect. Your hall's own day-to-day operations (table billing, receipts, and reports) use whatever operating currency you set, like PHP, MYR, or THB.
Yes. You can create custom payment-method labels for the e-wallets and bank apps your customers use, and staff pick the right one at checkout so it shows up in your reports. CuePoint records the method for you; the actual payment is still confirmed through your usual channel.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the new limits right away. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep everything you're paying for until then. Your data always stays with you when you move between plans.
Nothing breaks and you never lose data. Active sessions are never interrupted. You'll simply be prompted to upgrade when you try to go past your plan's limit.
No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel whenever you like and your account moves to the Free plan with your data still accessible: tables, customers, and history all stay put.
