Effective March 15, 2022, GDM Sports bv has completed the acquisition of all activities and brands previously held by HCSB bv, a move that consolidates several well-known names in the billiards industry under a single company.

The acquisition encompasses a broad range of recognized billiard brands, including:

• Vector Cushions
• Dynaspheres Phenolic Resin Balls
• NovaRossi Cues

The transaction brings together multiple product lines spanning tables, cues, cushions, and balls — covering a significant portion of the billiard equipment market. GDM Sports has indicated it will continue operations alongside existing partners and staff from the acquired company.
